Where and how can I register for vaccination at the Metropolitan Vaccination Centre?

It is necessary to register in advance in the Central Reservation System at registrace.mzcr.cz to be vaccinated at this site. You will find the centre under the name Clinicum a.s. – Kongresové centrum Praha when registering.
